• But she was made to be his mother and just cause something isnt confirmed on screen, there are hints and the original ideas like with the little girl that is psychic and helped jack locate the resurection gauntlet and hadnt aged in a hundred years IS faith and she didnt age becuase, like owen, she is neither dead or alive, however hers is a more controlled version.

Her identity was never revealed so saying she is the Doctor's mother is just speculation.
