He had no reason to tell Martha. There's a strong possibility that she never saw the Daleks as their attack was only limited to Canary Wharf while Cybermen were seen everywhere. Martha didn't mention the Daleks when she first met the Doctor in Smith and Jones so it's very likely she never met them before.
