to honour elizabeth sladen as her death meant that sja was to end as russel t davies didnt want to recast the character and declared the show died with her.

  • Actually, no one has said it won't happen. Two audio books set after The Man Who Never Was were released in November, and Audio Go has said there may be more. There won't likely be any novels published because except for novelisations there haven't been any original books based on SJA, and the last two were barely released as e-books. If there are to be any further original SJA stories they'll be audios. This all assumes the main series doesn't declare the character deceased as it did the Brigadier, of course.
